|15. To unscrew bolts of a head of the block of cylinders in several stages one after another from the middle outside.
|16. To remove all five arms of an axis of the lever of valves with levers and an axis.
|17. To incline a head of the block of cylinders by means of two bent around one of the bottom long edges of a head to separate it from the block of cylinders.
|18. To carefully take laying of a head of the block of cylinders.
|19. To attach sleeves of cylinders to the block of cylinders two special plates of Peugeot (adaptation 0132 A1Z), having screwed each plate two bolts of M10 40 mm long.
|20. To take two aligning plugs of a head of the block of cylinders from openings on the top surface of the block of cylinders.
|21. To unscrew four bolts of fastening of the pump of cooling liquid from the block of cylinders.
|22. To unscrew six bolts of fastening of the leading part of coupling to a flywheel in several stages for avoidance of a curvature of the leading part.
|23. To unscrew a flywheel from a bent shaft.
|24. To unscrew the top and lower bolts of connection of both parts of the block of cylinders.
|25. To unscrew two carving caps of the main oil channel located in forward and back walls of the top part of the block of cylinders.
|26. To turn the engine the lower part up and to remove the oil pallet, having unscrewed the corresponding bolts.
|27. To unscrew three bolts of fastening of the oil pump and to take out it, having left a chain in the block of cylinders.
|28. To unscrew and take out 10 bolts of fastening of radical bearings of a bent shaft, to remove the lower part of the block of cylinders.
|29. To designate a relative positioning of rods and their covers, having put signs from a support of an oil filter, to unscrew bolts of covers of rods and to remove them together with inserts.
|30. To take from the block of cylinders a bent shaft together with a driving chain of the oil pump.
|31. To take radical inserts from a nest of the block of cylinders.
|32. To put the block of cylinders on a forward wall (from the gas distribution drive) and to remove two special plates of Peugeot (holding sleeves of cylinders) from the top part of the block of cylinders.
|33. To take out towards a head of the block of cylinders of a sleeve of cylinders together with the corresponding pistons and rods.
|34. To take from each sleeve of the cylinder the piston with a rod.
|35. Pistons should be separated from rods only in case of damage of the piston. It is necessary to squeeze out a piston finger from the piston on a hydraulic press by means of a special nozzle of Peugeot (adaptation 0139). The taken rod can be reused whereas the piston has to be replaced.
|36. To remove piston rings by means of special nippers.
