Internal mechanism of gear shifting
1 – selector axis,
2 – choice lever knot transfer,
3 – a selector axis spring with two washers,
4 – forelocks,
5 – selector,
6 – selector holder,
7 – laying of an axis of the selector,
8 – axis of forks of 1-2 transfers, and also back
and the 5th transfers,
 9 – forks of 1-2 transfers,
10 – forks of the 5th transfer,
11 – forks of the reverse gear,
12 – angular lever of forks of the reverse gear,
13 – axis of forks of 3-4 transfers,
14 – spring,
15 – the blocking forelock,
16 – core

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. After dismantling of the transmission it is necessary to clear and degrease all details.
2. To replace details which bear traces of decolouration, stratification and deleting.
3. In case of detection of traces of fatigue wear of teeths of one of gear wheels it is also necessary to replace a pair gear wheel.
