13:11. Cowl lock cable
The cable of the lock of a cowl consists of two parts: the body connects the lever of opening of a cowl to a connecting level, the second part connects locks.

Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. To unscrew two bolts fixing the lever of opening of a cowl to a suspension bracket under the panel. |
| 2. In a motor compartment to take the connecting level of a cable located behind the forward panel over a radiator. |
|
3. In the presence to remove an element of an anti-tinkling sound and to disconnect a cable from a connector. |
| 4. To tie a thin strong cord to the end of a cable and to exempt a cable from all fastenings on all its length. |
| 5. To take a cable in interior of the car. When the end of a cord seems from a partition of a motor compartment, to untie it from a cable of opening of a cowl and to leave in the car. The cord will need to be used for tightening to the place of a new cable. |
| 6. At installation of a cable on the former place to tie the end of a new cable to a cord in interior of the car. |
| 7. For a cord to involve a cable of opening of a cowl in a motor compartment. |
| 8. To check that the condensing ring of a partition was not displaced at installation of a cable. |
| 9. Further installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |

| 1. In a motor compartment to take the connecting level of a cable located behind the forward panel over a radiator. |
| 2. In the presence to remove an element of an anti-tinkling sound and to disconnect a cable from a connector. |
| 3. To disconnect a cable from the lock and a cable cover from a suspension bracket on the lock, to exempt a cable from all fastenings on all its length and to remove a cable, noting its arrangement. For improvement of access to the lock it is desirable to remove a front grille. |
| 4. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
