PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove air from fuel system. |
2. Adjust idling turns. |
3. Uncover a head of the block of cylinders. |
4. Establish a bent shaft of the engine so that the final valve of the cylinder No. 1 was in the beginning of opening. |

5. Uncover the control opening (is specified by an arrow) located behind the pump. |
6. To incline the pump outside of the engine. |
7. Install the extender (1) in a control opening (see rice. An arm and the extender of the indicator of hour type for installation of the pump Roto Diesel). |
8. To fix the indicator of hour type on an arm (2). |
9. The indicator arm (2) fix knot on the pump together with a tip (3). |
10. Connect an intermediate element (a) to the extender (1) and nullify the indicator of hour type. |
11. Turn a bent shaft of the engine to situation in which valves of the cylinder No. 1 begin to open (it corresponds to cylinder No. 4 piston VMT). |
12. In this situation record an engine flywheel. |
13. Slowly turn the pump in the direction of an injection advancing for parameter setting of 0,001 mm. |
14. Screw up pump fasteners the corresponding moment. |

Check of installation is carried out as well as in a case with the pump Bosch (see the description in
subsection 3.2.4).
