k = 5–6 mm

Adjustment of an expense and speed of idling with the increased speed (pump Bosch)

4 – draft of idling with the increased speed,

5 – the basic screw of idling with the increased speed,

And – a plate 1 mm thick

The engine has to be heated-up, draft of idling with the increased speed has to be free (k gap = 5–6 mm).

Idling adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On several turns unscrew the basic screw of an expense (1) (see rice. Adjustment of speed of idling of the pump Bosch).
2. By means of the basic screw of idling (2) determine the speed of the engine of 750-800 rpm.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a plate (A) (see rice. Adjustment of an expense and speed of idling with the increased speed (pump Bosch)) 1 mm thick between the lever (3) and the basic screw of idling with the increased speed (1) (see rice. Adjustment of speed of idling of the pump Bosch).
2. By means of the basic screw of an expense (1) determine the speed of the engine 20-30 rpm bigger, than idling speed.

Adjustment of idling with the increased speed

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect draft of idling to the increased speed (4) (see rice. Adjustment of an expense and speed of idling with the increased speed (pump Bosch)) with the basic screw (5).
2. Changing position of the basic screw (5), determine speed 950 ± 50 rpm.
