3.2.6. Removal of water from the fuel filter

SYSTEM OF INJECTION BOSCH, PURFLUX FILTER

System of injection Bosch with the filter and a heater of Purflux

1 – injection pipelines,
2 – return pipelines,
3 – water discharge bolt,
4 – case,

5 – the filtering element,
6 – thermostatic element,
7 – filter head,
8 – manual fuel pump

Fuel Purflux filter

1 – deaerator,

2 – water discharge bolt,

3 – manual pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open the deaerator (1).

2. Unscrew a bolt of discharge of water (2).

3. Merge water and pollution.

4. Screw up a bolt of discharge of water (2) and the deaerator (1).

SYSTEM OF INJECTION ROTO DIESEL

Fuel Roto Diesel filter

1 – deaerator,

2 – water discharge bolt,

3 – manual pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release a bolt of discharge of water (1).

2. Press the button (2) of the manual pump for removal of water and pollution.

3. Screw up a water discharge bolt.
