13:15. Door upholstery
Prevention
The upholstery of a door can have changes depending on the level of finishing of salon. Therefore process of removal of an upholstery can differ from stated.
The actions connected with removal of an upholstery of forward and back doors are identical.
Removal

| 1. To lower glass of a door it is more, than half. |

2. By means of the screw-driver (for extraction of a special ledge) to remove an overlay of the door handle. |

3. In the cars equipped with the built-in loudspeakers to unscrew screws of a lattice of the loudspeaker or to remove fastening brackets, to disconnect, and then to take a loudspeaker. |
|
4. To remove the button of draft of blocking of doors for what to pull it up, at the same time the screw-driver wringing out a clamp. |
| 5. On models with a manual window regulator to remove its handle about axes and laying. |
|
6. In versions with electrically the lifted glasses to switch-off the accumulator, then by means of the screw-driver to take the switch from a door and to disconnect the socket. |
|
7. To remove a decorative overlay of an external mirror. |
|
8. To unscrew three screws of fastening of an armrest and to remove an armrest. |
|
9. On later models by means of the lever to remove a finishing plate from a back part of a pocket of a door and to unscrew the screw of fastening of a back part of an upholstery of doors. |
| 10. Where it is applicable, using the screw-driver, to disconnect the brackets of fastening of an upholstery located in a nest for a loudspeaker. |
| 11. By means of flat special adaptation in the form of forks to unhook a door upholstery so that not to damage plastic latches. In case of damage of latches it is not necessary to stick together them, and to establish in internal strengthening of an upholstery of a door. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. On openings of a framework of a door to paste a plastic tape to protect from corrosion and that water did not get in salon. |
| 2. To establish all latches in the corresponding openings of a door and to fix a door upholstery. |

| 3. To install the button of draft of blocking of doors for what to arrange draft in lower of two openings, to strongly pull the button over draft before fixing, at the same time draft of fastening will appear in the top opening. |
| 4. To perform other operations in the return sequence in relation to removal of an upholstery. |
| 5. During the movement to check whether vibration of an upholstery of a door appears. |
Prevention
For protection of doors from corrosion and also to achieve a deaf sound at their closing, it is necessary to fill in special bituminous means in an internal cavity of a door. It can be made only when a framework of a door ideally dry (without the slightest traces of moisture).
