13.7. Replacement of a headlight and index of turns

Forward headlights and index of turn

Prevention

Before removal of optical knots of headlights it is necessary to designate on a wall (for example, in an underground garage) a light trace from headlights of near and far light, and also the provision of all four wheels.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To open a cowl.
2. To remove a front grille.
	3. To unhook the level (to pull forward) located under a headlight, paying attention not to damage fastening about a wing edge.
4. To unhook the spring fixing the index of turn in a wheel niche.
	5. External elements of fastening of a headlight are available after removal of the forward index of turn.
6. By means of a cap curved key to unscrew from a forward plastic framework two elements of fastening (on each party of optical knot).
7. To unscrew two top elements of fastening.
	8. To unscrew six clips of fastening of light-scattering glass of a headlight.
9. To carefully take optical knot for its shutdown.
10. To take the plastic casing placed on the holder of a bulb.
11. To disconnect electric wires.
12. To carefully take optical knot from its nest.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To perform operations in the return sequence in relation to removal process.

2. To check correctness of functioning of all bulbs.

3. To adjust light of headlights.
