MECHANISM OF THE TENSION OF THE SEAT BELT OF THE FRONT SEAT
The system is intended for instant retracting any sagging in a seat belt in case of head-on collision therefore the threat of life to forward passengers decreases. Each front seat can be equipped with the system with the mechanism of a tension of a belt attached directly to the seat belt lock. The mechanism of a tension of a belt is run by the safety cushion control unit. When the system of a tension of a belt works, fuel in the tension mechanism cylinder lights up that the tension mechanism piston therefore sagging of a seat belt is removed forces to move forward. After operation of the mechanism of a tension it is subject to replacement.
Prevention
That the mechanism of a tension did not work when carrying out repair work on the car, it is necessary to disconnect the accumulator and to disconnect the electric socket from the control panel a belt and a safety cushion.
Before performance of any actions on a seat belt to disconnect the negative plug from the accumulator and to wait, at least, for 2 minutes. Further to remove the central panel and to disconnect the socket from the seat belt tension control unit.
Not to subject the tension mechanism to heating it is above 100 °C.
SEAT BELT OF THE FRONT SEAT
Removal

| 2. To remove finishing of the central rack from a ceiling for access to screws of fastening of finishing of the top part of the central rack. |

3. To unscrew screws of fastening of finishing of the top part of the central rack. |

4. To remove a plate of finishing and to unscrew the top bolt of fastening of a seat belt. |
|
5. To unscrew the fastening screw in the lower part of the top plate of finishing of the central rack and to remove a finishing plate. |
| 6. To unscrew two screws of fastening of the top part of the lower plate of finishing of the central rack. |
|
7. To remove finishing of a threshold, to unscrew screws of fastening of the lower plate of finishing of the central rack and to remove a finishing plate. |
|
8. To unscrew a bolt (it is specified by an arrow) fastenings of an inertial drum and to remove assembly of a seat belt. |

Installation
Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
LOCK OF THE SEAT BELT OF THE BELT OF THE FRONT SEAT
The lock of a seat belt is attached by a bolt to a frame of a front seat.
Removal

3. To remove the top finishing of a back rack. |
| 4. To remove the finishing of the back panel located before back glass. |
|
5. To unscrew a bolt and to remove an inertial drum. |
| 6. To stretch a belt through a groove in finishing of the back shelf, then to take assembly of a seat belt from the car. |

BACK SIDE SEAT BELTS (KOMB MODELS)
Removal

| 2. To spread out a back seat. |

3. Working in the luggage compartment, to unscrew two screws (A) in a forward part of a side decorative slip and a clamp (V) of a seatback. |

4. To remove side finishing of a luggage carrier for access to a bolt (V) of fastening of the inertial reel (A). |
| 5. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of an inertial drum and to remove assembly of a drum. |
| 6. To stretch a belt through a groove in finishing of the back shelf, then to take assembly of a seat belt from the car. |
