8.1.5. Draft of gear shifting

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To unscrew and take a gear shifting lever fork bolt on the lower part of a control lever the transmission. The bolt is available through openings sideways of a plastic casing of support of a control lever the transmission.
2. To unscrew a bolt from a fork on hinged connections and to disconnect draft from the angular lever.
3. To shift a rubber cover from draft and to take draft in interior of the car, at the same time it is necessary to remove one of front seats.
4. To lift a forward part of the car and to record on supports.
5. The angular lever and hinged connection are installed on a casing of the shelf of management. For assembly removal to disconnect a fork since the end of draft and to disconnect drafts from spherical hinged connections.
6. To remove a head from a hinged bolt of the angular lever, to unscrew a bolt and to remove assembly of the angular lever.
7. To examine all elements of draft on wear or damages, paying special attention to plugs of points of turn and to replace worn-out details if necessary.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is made in the sequence of the return to removal, at the same time to apply a small layer of lubricant on a sealing ring of a partition to facilitate installation of draft through a sealing ring. To check that the sealing ring was not displaced in the course of draft installation.
