|9. To lift and establish a forward part of the car on supports.
|10. To remove a mudguard from the engine.
|11. To remove forward wheels and a plastic casing of the transmission.
|12. To unscrew bolts of fastening of drafts of the stabilizer of cross resistance to the lower levers of a forward suspension bracket.
|13. By means of a special stripper for spherical hinges to take the lower spherical hinges from rotary fists.
|14. On the XU10J4 models (with 16 valves) to support the lower frame on a jack, then to unscrew bolts of fastening of the lower frame and bolts of steering transfer. To lower the lower frame and to remove it from under the car.
|15. To merge oil from the transmission, having turned off the bolt which is in the lower part of the external case of differential.
|16. To unscrew the central bolt of fastening from a back suspension bracket of the power unit. To weaken the nuts fixing the bearing of the intermediate bearing case and to turn bolts half way to release heads of clowns and to separate the right power shaft from the transmission.
|17. Using the screw-driver, to remove drafts from spherical hinged connections of the lever of the mechanism of gear shifting.
|18. To separate the left power shaft from the transmission.
|19. To disconnect:
– a reception exhaust pipe from a collector;
– the VMT sensor from the block of cylinders of the engine.
|20. To unscrew a bolt and to remove the speedometer drive together with laying of round section.
|21. To unscrew bolts and to remove the speedometer drive case.
|22. To remove the leading gear wheel of the drive of a speedometer and adjusting laying.
|23. To remove the arm connecting the transmission to a body.
|24. To hook on the winch for the engine and to lift so that the weight of the engine and transmission was perceived by the winch.
|25. To unscrew a nut from the left forward suspension bracket, then to unscrew a bolt from a suspension bracket to a body.
|26. In the place where the suspension bracket is welded on a body to unscrew and take a rubber pillow.
|27. To pick up the protective phone (in the presence) from an installation rack, then to unscrew a rack from the top part of a case of the transmission.
|28. If the rack does not unscrew, it is necessary to use the universal device for unscrewing of carving hairpins.
|29. On the XU10J4 models (with 16 valves) with the mechanism of switching off of coupling with a spherical tip to take a pin (the drawing at the left) or to unscrew a bolt and to remove the lever of switching off of coupling from the top part of a shaft of a fork of switching off of coupling (the drawing on the right).
|30. To put combination tags (are specified by shooters) on the center of the top part of a shaft of switching off of coupling and on a transmission case. To unscrew bolts and to remove a coupling cable suspension bracket from the top part of a case of the transmission.
|31. As much as possible to lower the engine, but at the same time not to damage the right engine mount.
|32. To support the transmission on a jack.
|33. To unscrew bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine.
|34. To move a jack and the transmission on the left, to remove from the directing probes and to turn in differential up to disconnect the transmission from the lower frame.
|35. To lower the transmission and to take from under the car.
|36. On models with the mechanism of switching off of coupling with a spherical tip to put the second tag of combination on a transmission case, noting the relative provision of a tag of a fork of switching off of coupling after removal and to note a corner on which the coupling switching off fork turned. This tag is used to place a fork of switching off of coupling before installation on the former place for the correct connection with the coupling switching off bearing.
