8.1.1. Technical characteristic

BE 1 TRANSMISSION

The regulating laying of a main shaft
39 x 46,8 mm
This laying has 18 sizes of thickness, from 0,7 to 2,4 mm through each 0,1 mm
The regulating laying of bearings of differential
55 x 62 mm
This laying has 12 sizes of thickness, from 1,1 to 2,2 mm through each 0,1 mm
Sealing rings of differential:
  – left
40 x 58 x 10 mm
  – right
29,8 x 47 x 9,9 mm

Sealing rings with a casing

Since May, 1988 sealing rings of power shafts in a case of the drive are protected by "the connected casing" which prevents a section of a sealing edge of rings in installation time of power shafts. For replacement of sealing rings it is necessary to use the corresponding assembly shafts allowing to keep adjusting ledges of rings (modified).

BE 3 TRANSMISSION

Since July, 1989 the BE 1 transmission was replaced with the BE 3 transmission. This box is characterized by the new scheme of gear shifting, with transfer of a backing opposite to the fifth transfer, has a new case, special management of gear shifting and the moved gear wheel of the reverse gear with the turned direction of movement. Details of the BE 3 transmission cannot be replaced with details of the BE 1 transmission (and vice versa).
