Prevention

The special Peugeot 0615J tool is necessary for installation of the lower spherical hinge of a forward suspension bracket. In the absence of this tool to make replacement of the lower spherical hinge at the station.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a rotary fist.
	2. Remove the lower protective plate of the spherical hinge (it is specified by an arrow).
3. To install the special Peugeot 0615J tool on the spherical hinge, having combined the tool with grooves in the spherical hinge and to fix the tool, screwing an old nut on the spherical hinge. To unscrew the spherical hinge from a rotary fist.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To screw up by hand the spherical hinge in a rotary fist. To install the special tool, being careful not to damage a protective cover of the spherical hinge and to tighten the hinge the required moment. Using the hammer and a punch to fuller the spherical hinge in one of grooves of a rotary fist.

2. To establish a new protective plate of the spherical hinge.

3. To install a rotary fist together with a nave on the car.
