3.4.1.4. Dismantling and assembly of the Ducellier distributor

Ducellier distributor
1 – distributor cover,
2 – distributor rotor,
3 – antidust casing,
4 – distributor case,
 5 – lower holder,
6 – generator of impulses,
8 – centrifugal regulator,
9 – vacuum regulator

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the distributor.
2. To take out a rotor of the distributor and an antidust casing.
3. To unscrew three bolts of fastening of the top part of the distributor.
4. To incline and take out the top part.
5. To take the wire socket hub.
6. To remove a plastic ring, the generator of impulses and the vacuum regulator (1 bolt).

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To install the generator of impulses and the vacuum regulator, inserting its axis of gearing into a disk opening with ledges (a hyphen on a disk opposite to an opening).
2. To establish a plastic ring.
3. To establish the top part of the distributor: to tighten bolts of fastening of the vacuum regulator and three bolts of the top part.
4. To establish the wire socket hub.
5. To establish a rotor and an antidust casing.
6. To install the distributor.
