7.5. Coupling switching off mechanism

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove the transmission. Type with shaft 2. To disconnect the bearing (it is specified by an arrow) from a fork of switching off of coupling and to remove the bearing from a main shaft. 3. To remove a cylindrical pin from the drive lever, in the top part of a shaft and to remove the lever of switching off of coupling from the top part of a shaft of switching off of coupling. At installation it is necessary to use a new cylindrical pin. 4. To wring out a lock ring and to remove the top plug from a clutch release fork lever shaft. 5. To take a shaft from the lower plug and to get it from a coupling case. 6. To wring out a lock ring and to remove the lower plug from a coupling case. Type with a spherical tip 7. To release latches and to shift the release bearing from the directing plug. 8. To remove a coupling switching off fork.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To check the mechanism of the drive of switching off of coupling and if necessary to replace worn-out details. 2. To check the release bearing which has to rotate easily, evenly and silently. The working surface of the bearing influencing a press spring has to be smooth, without cracks, local corrosion or development. If there are these defects, the release bearing needs to be replaced. On the leading knots of coupling of the second type it is necessary to replace all knot.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Type with shaft 1. To grease with a disulfide of molybdenum of a point of turn and contact surfaces of a fork. 2. To install the lower plug of a case of coupling. To insert a shaft of switching off of coupling and the top plug and to fix them by lock rings. 3. To install the lever of switching off of coupling on a shaft, to combine openings on a shaft and the lever and to insert a new cylindrical pin. To install the release bearing on a main shaft of the transmission and to connect to a coupling switching off fork. 4. To install the transmission. Type with a spherical tip 5. To grease with a molybdenum disulfide the plug and to establish a coupling switching off fork. 6. To press a hairpin with a spherical tip, to its zashchelkivaniye. 7. To install the bearing on the directing plug and to record latches. 8. To install the transmission.
