FUEL NOZZLE

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator. 2. To remove the air filter. 3. To remove the injector electrical wiring socket (it is specified by an arrow). 4. To unscrew the fastening screw, to remove a bracket and to take an injector from a casing together with ring consolidation.

FUEL REGULATOR OF PRESSURE

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator. 2. To remove the air filter. 3. To note the provision of a casing of the regulator, to unscrew four screws of fastening and to remove a casing, a spring and a diaphragm.

ENGINE OF MANAGEMENT OF THE IDLING MODE

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator. 2. To remove a bracket and to switch-off the socket from the engine. 3. To unscrew two screws and to remove the engine of management of the idling mode.

POTENTIOMETER OF PROVISION OF THE BUTTERFLY VALVE

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator. 2. To remove a bracket and to switch-off the socket (it is specified by an arrow) from a potentiometer. 3. To unscrew two screws of fastening of a potentiometer and to remove it.

THE SENSOR OF TEMPERATURE OF THE ARRIVING AIR

The sensor of temperature of the arriving air is screwed in from a reverse side of an injector, on the left side of a fuel nozzle.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator. 2. To remove the socket and to unscrew the screw of fastening of the sensor and to take the sensor. 3. To unscrew three screws of fastening of a plastic ring and to remove from it consolidation.

ELEMENT OF HEATING OF THE INJECTOR

The element of heating of an injector is located before an injector.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator. 2. To remove the air filter. 3. To remove the electrical wiring socket from the sensor of temperature of the arriving air. 4. To unscrew screws and to remove the drive of a butterfly valve. 5. To unscrew an element of heating and to take it from the case of a butterfly valve.
