3.1.2.1.7. Driving belt of the generator

Installation of the belt which was in the use
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a pulley of a bent shaft.
2. To establish plastic a casing: the lower right, top, lower left.
3. To install adaptation of blocking of a flywheel (Facom D 86) and to tighten a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft the moment of 110 Nanometers.
4. To take adaptation of blocking of a flywheel.
5. To establish the lower leaf closing a coupling case.
6. To establish a side casing.
7. To establish a driving belt of the generator and to pull it with effort of 600 N (60 kg) if it new, or with effort of 400 N (40 kg) if it was in the use earlier. It is necessary to use control Krikit adaptation or similar.

Installation of a new belt
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To install adaptation of blocking of a flywheel (Facom D 86) and to tighten a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft the moment of 110 Nanometers.
2. To take adaptation of blocking of a flywheel.
3. To establish the top casing of a belt.
4. To establish and pull a driving belt of the generator.
5. To start the engine which has to work before turning on of the fan, and then wait until it cools down (at least, two hours at an open cowl).
6. To install the cylinder 1 piston in VMT. The sign on a flywheel has to be opposite to the sign "0" on an adjusting plate of ignition, and the opening for a core in a pulley has to be in the situation corresponding to two hours on the dial of hours.
7. To weaken and tighten nuts of the holder of a tension roller and the clown's lock-nut.
8. To install adaptation of blocking of a flywheel.
9. To take off a driving belt of the generator.
10. To establish plastic a casing: the lower right, top, lower left.
11. To establish a pulley and to tighten bolts the moment of 110 Nanometers.
12. To take adaptation of blocking of a flywheel.
13. To establish the lower leaf closing a coupling case.
14. To establish and pull a driving belt of the generator.
15. To establish a side casing.
