2.4.5.2. Models with manual adjustment of a tension
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. To remove the protection cover from the engine.
3. To weaken bolts of installation (adjustment) of a suspension bracket of a pulley of the mechanism of a tension (one is located in the middle of a pulley, another – in the bottom of a suspension bracket).
|
4. To completely release a bolt (it is specified by an arrow) regulations and to take off a driving belt from pulleys. |
|
Installation and adjustment of a tension
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish a new belt on pulleys.
2. The correct tension of a driving belt guarantees its durability. The loose belt will slip and, perhaps, to squeal. However the drawn belt will increase wear in bearings of the generator of alternating current.
3. The tension of a belt has to be adjusted so that by moderate pressing of a thumb of a hand the middle of a long branch of a belt the deflection of a belt made about 5,0 mm.
4. For adjustment of a tension of a belt to unscrew a regulation bolt, then to turn a bent shaft and to repeatedly check a tension.
5. It is reliable to tighten bolts of installation of a suspension bracket of a pulley of the mechanism of a tension.
6. To install the protection cover on the engine.
7. To connect a wire of mass of the accumulator.
