2.3.1. Dehydration of the fuel filter (diesel engines)

Fuel filters

at the left – Roto Diesel,

on the right – Bosch,

2 – manual pump,

3 – deaerator,

4 – water discharge screw

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Each 7500 km or in case of fire of a control bulb of presence of water it is necessary to merge the water which is in the fuel filter.
2. Under the fuel pump it is necessary to arrange some vessel or a piece of material.
Roto Diesel filter
3. To release the screw of discharge of water (4).
4. For removal of water and pollution it is necessary to press the button (2) of the manual pump.
5. To twirl the water discharge screw.
6. To press the button of the manual pump before emergence of resistance.
Bosch filter
7. To open the deaerator (3) filters.
8. To turn off the screw of discharge of water (4).
9. To merge water and pollution.
10. To twirl the screw of discharge of water (4).
11. To press the button (2) of the manual pump until fuel begins to follow from the deaerator without vials of air.
12. To twirl the deaerator (3).
13. Further to press the button before emergence of resistance.
