12:25. Removal of air from the brake system
Removal of air from the brake system
|
4, 5, 7 and 8 – deaerators of the brake system |
It is necessary to delete air after each repair connected with opening of system.
REMOVAL OF AIR WITHOUT SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
Removal of air from the pump with the electric drive
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To fill a broad tank. |
2. To disconnect a hose of food of low pressure and to connect when brake fluid begins to follow from it (to substitute capacity). |
3. To check whether deaerators (4) and (5) of the hydraulic device and a bolt of discharge are well screwed up. |
4. To open deaerators (7) and (8) of the hydraulic device, unscrewing them on 1 turn. |
5. To press softly a brake pedal against the stop. |
6. To include ignition for actuating of the pump with the electric drive. |
7. To switch off ignition 30 seconds later. |
8. To weaken pressing a brake pedal. |
9. To close deaerators (7) and (8). |
|
Removal of air from the hydraulic device
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To connect deaerators (4) and (5) to the capacities containing a small amount of brake fluid. |
2. To press a pedal of a brake and to open the deaerator (4), and then to close it. |
3. To weaken pressing a pedal and to repeat these actions of 10 times. |
Prevention
For deaerators (7) and (8) there is no need of connection of a tube of removal of air. Removal of air happens through an internal contour.
|
4. To open deaerators (4) and (5) to start operation of the pump with the electric drive. |
5. To include ignition. |
6. To close deaerators when brake fluid begins to follow without air bubbles, and then to wait to a pump stop with the electric drive. |
Prevention
During these actions it is necessary to check and fill surely amount of brake fluid in a broad tank for avoidance of a zavozdushivaniye of system.
|
7. To remove air from supports of forward and back wheels. |
|
Removal of air from supports
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To include ignition. |
2. To connect deaerators of four supports to capacities. |
3. To press with small effort to a brake pedal. |
4. To open one of deaerators and to close it when brake fluid begins to follow pure and without air bubbles. |
5. This operation should be executed for other deaerators. |
6. To switch off ignition. |
7. To lower pressure, turning off a discharge bolt on 1/2 turns. |
8. To screw up a discharge bolt. |
9. To softly press a brake pedal. |
10. To open the deaerators (4) and (5) connected to capacities. |
11. To close deaerators. |
12. To weaken pressing a brake pedal. |
13. To repeat these actions several times, having convinced that brake fluid follows without vials of air. |
14. To check screwing up of deaerators. |
15. To check quality of the performed operation. |
|
REMOVAL OF AIR BY MEANS OF THE SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To study the instruction for installation and service of the device. |
2. To reduce pressure in a hydraulic contour. For this purpose it is necessary to unscrew a bolt of discharge of knot of the pump with the electric drive. |
3. By means of the device for removal of air to create pressure in a contour. |
4. To remove air from supports. |
5. To connect deaerators (4) and (5) of hydraulic knot to capacities. |
6. To open deaerators (4) and (5). |
7. To close deaerators when brake fluid begins to follow without air bubbles. |
8. To screw up a discharge bolt. |
9. To disconnect the device for removal of air. |
10. To open the deaerators (4) and (5) connected to capacities. |
11. To include ignition for involvement of the pump with the electric drive. |
12. To close deaerators (4) and (5) when brake fluid begins to follow without air bubbles. |
13. To switch off ignition. |
14. To reduce hydraulic pressure, unscrewing a discharge bolt on 1/2 turns. |
15. To screw up a discharge bolt. |
16. To press softly a brake pedal. |
17. To open the deaerators (4) and (5) connected to capacities. |
18. To close deaerators. |
19. These operations should be performed several times, having convinced that brake fluid follows without vials of air. |
20. Several times to perform the same operations for deaerators (7) and (8). |
21. To check screwing up of all deaerators. |
22. To check quality of the executed operation. |
|
Quality check of the executed operation on removal of air from a hydraulic contour
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. On each deaerator of supports of forward brakes to install the manometer. |
2. To include ignition for involvement of knot of the pump with the electric drive. |
3. To open deaerators of manometers. |
4. With small effort to press a brake pedal. |
5. To close deaerators when brake fluid begins to follow without vials of air. |
6. To reduce hydraulic pressure, unscrewing a discharge bolt on 1/2 turns. To screw up a discharge bolt. |
7. To press a brake pedal against the stop. Pressure has to make 6,0 MPas. |
8. If this size is not reached, it is necessary to remove air from a contour. |
9. To disconnect manometers and to remove air from supports of forward brakes. |
|
Check of level of brake fluid
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To include ignition for involvement of knot of the pump with the electric drive. |
