11.2.6. Removal and installation of a back suspension bracket

Prevention

The back suspension bracket is attached to a body by Torx bolts. The long tip of Torx No. 50 is necessary for removal of a back suspension bracket.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To lift the car and to install it on supports.
2. To remove a back part of the exhaust system to a forward pipe.
3. To merge fuel from a tank.
4. To remove a holder of fastening of a bulk pipe. To separate a pipe from a tank.
5. To remove the lower casing (equipment of some versions) and the heat-shielding screen.
6. To disconnect from a body the holder of a connector of cables of the emergency brake.
7. From below bodies to remove draft of the emergency brake.
8. To remove a cable of the emergency brake.
9. To weaken, without vyvinchivaniye, two bolts of back fastening to the fuel tank.
10. In the version with drum brakes to disconnect from above each lever of a suspension bracket, and in the version with disk brakes – on the left side, the union of connection of a brake hose. To muffle the corresponding connections of the brake system.
11. In disk brakes to disconnect tubes from the limiter and to close openings.
12. To establish a jack under a beam pipe.
13. To weaken bolts of fastening of back holders of a beam to a body and to unscrew them.
14. To unscrew bolts of forward holders.
15. To lower a little a jack and to move back all knot of a back suspension bracket for extraction of a bulk tube from the fuel tank.
16. To lift a body.
17. To take all knot of a back suspension bracket.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To place knot of a back suspension bracket under a body, opiry a beam on a jack.
2. To lower a body below and to place knot of a back suspension bracket on the appropriate place.
3. To screw up bolts of fastening of forward holders of a beam to a body (it is necessary to use Torx No. 50 tip).
4. To screw up bolts of fastening of back holders of a beam to a body.
5. To connect connections of the brake system.
6. To screw up bolts of fastening of a tank.
7. To establish a cable of the emergency brake.
8. To establish draft of the emergency brake.
9. To establish on a body the holder of a connector of cables of the emergency brake.
10. To install the heat-shielding screen of the exhaust system.
11. To adjust a bulk pipe to a tank and to fix it by a new holder of fastening.
