10.8. Pump of the amplifier of steering
MODELS WITH XU5 AND XU9 ENGINES (EXCEPT XU9J4)
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
2. On models with the steering drive with the hydraulic booster to merge liquid from a hydraulic system as follows:
– to uncover a nutritious tank;
– to place a container under the coupling of the pipeline of high pressure on steering transfer, then to unscrew connection;
– to merge liquid in a container;
– to finish discharge of oil from a contour, turning several times a steering wheel in both directions against the stop;
– to disconnect a hose of low pressure from steering transfer. |

3. To record a pump shaft from a provorachivaniye and to weaken bolts of fastening of a pulley. |
| 4. To weaken a bolt of a natyazhitel of a belt of the generator and to take off a driving belt of the pump. |
| 5. To reject the generator up, to tighten a bolt of fastening of a natyazhitel. |
| 6. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a pulley of the pump and to remove a pulley. |
| 7. To disconnect the pipeline of supply of oil to the pump. |
| 8. To weaken a collar of fastening of a hose and to disconnect a hose from the pump. If the collar of fastening of a hose has tightening type, to throw out it and to establish a new collar with the screw. |

9. To unscrew two lobbies and two back bolts of fastening of the pump. |
|
10. To remove the pump of the amplifier of steering. |
|
The pump is not under repair and with defects is subject to replacement.
Installation

Installation is made in the sequence of the return to removal taking into account the next moments:
– to tighten all bolts the required moment;
– to adjust a tension of a driving belt;
– to add liquid in system of steering. |

Removal

Removal

| 5. To unscrew the pipeline coupling and to disconnect a pipe from the pump. |
| 6. To weaken a collar of fastening of a hose and to disconnect a hose from the pump. If the collar of fastening of a hose has tightening type, to throw out it and to establish a new collar with the screw. |
| 7. To unscrew two forward bolts of fastening of the pump, access to which is possible through openings in a pump pulley (see rice. Arrangement of two forward bolts of fastening of the pump of the amplifier of steering). |
| 8. To unscrew a back bolt of the pump of fastening and to remove the pump from the engine (see rice. Arrangement of a back bolt of fastening of the pump of the amplifier of steering). |
